No refunds or exchanges

RC cars, trucks, drones, planes, boats, ride-ons and scooters are hobby products that are designed to be driven, flown, crashed and pushed to their limits. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, including for:

• Change of mind, or buying the wrong model or part
• Items that have been used, driven, flown, charged or assembled
• Crash damage, water damage, wear and tear, or broken parts from normal hobby use
• Damage caused by incorrect charging, wrong batteries, misuse or modifications
• Batteries, fuel, tyres and other consumables

Faulty on arrival

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the problem. We will inspect the item and, where the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, repair or replace it as required by South African consumer law. This does not change your statutory rights.
