These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Tiger Hobbies & Toys (Montana Family Market, Pretoria, South Africa). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We do our best to show products, colours and prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. If a price or description is wrong, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or cannot be supplied, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Safe use

RC vehicles, drones, ride-ons, scooters and batteries must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Children should be supervised by an adult. Drone users are responsible for following South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) rules.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
