How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is R150 per order (5–7 working days) and express delivery is R210 per order (3–5 working days). Rates are charged once per order, not per item, and are available across South Africa, in all nine provinces, for every product except kids’ ride-ons.
Is packing included in the delivery time?
Yes. Your order is packed within the working days shown, so there’s no extra processing time on top. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. You’ll get an email with tracking when your order is on its way.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout to collect for free from Tiger Hobbies & Toys, Montana Family Market, Enkeldoorn Avenue, Pretoria. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.
How does delivery work for kids’ ride-ons?
Available for free collection at Montana Family Market, Pretoria. For delivery, please request a courier quote before payment. Standard and express delivery rates do not apply to kids’ ride-ons.
- Send us a courier quote request with the product, quantity, delivery address, postal code and your contact details.
- We reply with the courier cost for your address.
- When you accept the quote, we send you a secure payment link (invoice) for the product plus the agreed delivery charge.
- You pay the invoice, and we arrange the courier.
You never pay for ride-on delivery before you’ve agreed to the quote.
What if my bag has a ride-on and other products?
Checkout can’t use the R150 or R210 rate for an order that contains a ride-on. You can choose free collection in Pretoria for the whole order, or request a courier quote for everything and we’ll send one payment link that includes the agreed delivery charge.
